Job Description : Position: 2nd / 3rd Line Helpdesk Analyst – Leisure Sector


Location: Sunbury on Thames, Middlesex


Salary: 20,000 - 25,000 Depending on experience

Our client offers bespoke IT Support to leading brands in the hospitality, retail and leisure sectors in the UK & Europe, provided by a team of Analysts and Account Specialists with operational and systems knowledge drawn from these sectors.


They are looking for a specialised individual with extensive 2nd or 3rd line experience within a service desk / helpdesk environment to help to support their key leisure & retail clients. Exposure to databases, coding or documentation would also be invaluable in this role.


Fixing over 90% of incidents logged, this team are looking for an analytical and process driven expert who thrives on solving complex problems. You will also need a confident and clear telephone manner and proven customer service skills in a busy and pressurised workplace.


Working Hours - Rotating straight shifts, between 9am and the early hours.


We have opportunities in a variety of service teams, requiring highly technical individuals at 3rd / 4th line to customer service experts and a Call Handler.
