Customer Support Administrators Bradford, West Yorkshire Up to 16,000
Our client is the largest not-for-profit provider of housing support and care in England. Their purpose is to improve the lives of older people. They do this by providing a range of services valued by older people. The organisation is made up of a number of businesses providing these services, including a company providing rented accommodation and a range of housing services.
As the business shapes itself to meet the future customer needs, they are also reviewing their internal customer support function which has created exciting opportunities for high calibre Customer Support Administrators, based in Bradford. These are new roles and your goal will be to provide the highest standard of administrative support and customer service to all their internal and field based staff. You will need to be creative in your approach and be prepared to challenge the way the company do things to provide a more flexible, efficient and innovative way to their service provision.
This is a demanding role as you will be liaising extensively with people at all levels across the organisation, so it is essential that you are pro-active and self-motivated with first class communication skills, both written and verbal, and have excellent administration and organisational skills
You must have a “can do” approach, be willing to learn and have the ability to pick up new skills quickly. You must be able to work well in a team, in a high pressured environment, and have professional and concise telephone manner. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office packages is also required.
Your main duties will include:
·Ensure all requests for administrative support are actioned in accordance with agreed timescales and quality guidelines ·Organise meetings, travel and accommodation ·Ensure regular and consistent communication with all customers regarding the progress of requests ·Dealing with telephone calls/enquiries ·File management and archiving ·Preparation and production of reports and PowerPoint presentations etc. ·Undertake and co-ordinate project based work within agreed timeframes ·Produce accurate management information as requested ·Other ad-hoc administrative duties ·Undertake activities as directed to provide cover or support for the business
