Employing over 700 staff through a network of offices across the UK, our mission is to provide large-scale door to door fundraising services from a solid, ethical foundation. Due to significant expansion in 2010, we are looking for talented client services professionals to join our team working with some of the sector’s largest charities. We require: Account Manager: 27K Reporting to the Account Director, the Account Manager is responsible for all aspects of client management, including strategy, planning, evaluation and monitoring and line management of at least one member of staff. Candidates must have proven experience of the donor acquisition market – agency or client-side and a track record of managing successful relationships. Account Executive, 22K Reporting to the Account Manager, the Account Executive is responsible for providing administrative support to the Account Manager and Account Director. This will include day to day account management, administrative responsibilities, weekly reporting, and quality control support. Administrative Assistant, 22K Reporting to the Account Director, the Administrative assistant is responsible for providing administrative support to the client services department.
